As the Bride and Groom Expo draws closer, music group B2C has said they are ready to give participants a melodic experience at the event.
“We are part of the headliners at the Expo. We are going to entertain our supporters and participants at the Expo with our best songs,” Delivad Julio aka Julius Kasagga, one of the B2C singers, said.
He said, for all those that are planning to make weddings and introductions, this is the best source of information on how they can spend less money on their bridal wear, cakes, and decorations among others.
“Most people usually spend a lot of money while planning for their wedding. This is a change for all of us to come and learn how we can spend less on our weddings but attain good results out of our small budget,” Kasagga said.
“We have ironed clothes and polished our shoes for the Expo. For those that will have missed the three days, the participants of the Expo will narrate to you what you missed. Please don’t miss out, come in large numbers,” he added.

He made the remarks at the Vision Group head offices on Pike House in Kampala
The Expo is slated for July 29 to 31 at the UMA Show Grounds in Lugogo and a ticket goes for sh10,000.
This will be the 12th edition of the Bride and Groom Expo and Vision Group has promised to make the event a special experience for all.
The Expo is to be held under the theme To Have and to Hold. Several big brands including Dance With Valentino, have since joined the three-day event as sponsors.
Other partners expected to showcase at the Expo include Bridal World, Pepsi, Bella Wine, Onomo Hotel, Fragolino, and Twende Uganda in conjunction with Neptune Hotel, Uganda Airlines, and Uganda Breweries’ Bailey's brand of alcohol, and former Uganda’s beauty queen Dorah Mwima’s Queen Ma.

“It’s really our pleasure that Vision Group has agreed to partner with us again. We partnered with Vision Group in 2018 and our show was a success. We are satisfied that our show is going to be a success under the sponsorship of Vision Group,” Ssali said.
He said since the lockdown, they have learned a lot of new things that they need to share with their supporters, some of which will be shared at the Bride and Groom Expo and their concert.
Bukedde TV presenter Dorah Namaala appealed to viewers of Bukedde TV, Urban TV, listeners of Bukedde FM, and readers of the New Vision and Bukedde newspapers among others to come and learn more about how they can prepare themselves for their weddings.
She appealed to the supporters of the B2C to come and support their concert in August.
“The last time we hosted the B2C at the Vision Group head offices was in 2018 when they had a concert and Bukedde under the Vision Group were their sponsors. Please come and support our musicians. Let’s promote the Ugandan brand,” Namaala said.
“By reading the Bukedde paper, watching Bukedde TV, or listening to Bukedde FM, one will stand a chance of winning a ticket to the show,” she added.
