Catholic, Muslim clerics call for inter-faith cooperation

According to the records of the Catholic Church, the friendly encounter took place on February 21, 1879, when a Muslim official of the Buganda Kingdom, Amir Ssekikubo hosted at his home the pioneer Catholic missionaries, Fr. Simeon Lourdel Mapeera and Bro. Delmas Amans and stayed with them for over a week.
