Embattled businessman Emmanuel Lwasa wants the family of his ex-fiancée, Angel Kwakunda, to return the cattle and money he gave them as bride price, considering their daughter didn't bear him a child and the marriage barely lasted.
Angel introduced Lwasa to her family in 2021, but their relationship ended within a year.
Lwasa, who appeared on Bukedde TV2's Vibe Mix show on Thursday June 6, said he should be given at least four of the 10 cows he gave them and sh10m.
He said Angel had promised to give him 12 children.

"Angel lied to me that she was pregnant as she left my home. I took care of her as a pregnant woman up to the time of giving birth. I sent her money to cater for the hospital bills, but when I requested to visit the baby, she kept lying to me to this day," Lwasa said.
He said when he asked for the baby, she only sent him a photo of the baby's foot using the view-once function on WhatsApp.
Lwasa said he appealed to her several times to send full pictures in vain.
"May be she downloaded the picture from the internet," he stated.
It's important to note that Lwasa isn't sure if the baby is his or if Angel even gave birth at all.
Lwasa seemed to believe Angel aborted or was lying about the pregnancy in return for money.
He now wants Angel to tell her parents to bring back the money and cattle he used for paying her bride price.
"Their daughter never fulfilled her roles as per marriage. I need my money back and the parents should behave like parents, not business people," Lwasa said.
He lamented that he spent a lot of money on Angel, and she thus should have bore him a child in compensation.
Although Lwasa is now single, he is not contented. He is looking for a suitable partner.
“I stay alone in the house. I do not have any woman in my life. I am lonely. Women want money in return for marriage. As time goes on, I will get a young lady from the village because I am tired of Kampala women. City ladies are thieves since they made me poor as they kept on taking my property and cash money," Lwasa said.
Lwasa blamed his current financial woes on city women.
“Even if I am poor, I want a woman to spend the rest of my life with. I am now spending nights in the house alone," Lwasa said.
He urged any potential women out there to submit their 'applications' to him. Some of the qualities he wants are; she should be light-skinned, from western Uganda, medium size, beautiful, shapely with protruding hips and committed to starting a family.
"I promise to love her and take care of her as a man although I am poor. Even broke men marry and enjoy," Lwasa stated
He warned anyone from central Uganda not to bother with him.
"They are very clever with money hungry," Lwasa said.
Lwasa, who hails from Masaka, dated actress Dianah Nabatanzi for about five years before dramatically breaking up and meeting Angel. Angel revealed that she was operating a bar business in Kampala, where Lwasa used to go for his hair trim, and that's how they met.
When Lwasa broke up with Kwakunda, Lwasa started dating Vanessa Vanny, and they broke up in October 2022 when she cancelled their wedding plans.
What Angel Kwakunda says
On Friday June 7, we had a one-on-one interview with Angel to find out if she is willing to return the bride price Lwasa is demanding.
She started by insisting that she is still married to Lwasa.
“Lwasa is still my husband because we got married traditionally in 2021. Our family members, friends and cultural leaders witnessed the event," Angel said.
She accused Lwasa of domestic violence, saying it is the reason she left her marital home. Angel added that his elder children also confiscated the car he had given her.
She urged Lwasa to institute reconciliation measures if she is to bear him any children.
"Lwasa was supposed to pick me from the home whe he got me and resolve the issues as a man. That's when I would go back to his house. How can he expect me to bear children by him when I was kicked out of the house? I am not married anywhere else. I live alone. I am now waiting for my responsible husband to pick me to his home. When he never came, I thought he does not need me at all. I will only leave Lwasa if he comes to my home and tells my parents that he has dumped me," Angel said.
She urged Lwasa to respect women, threatening that if he does not, he risks "suffering forever."
"God hears the prayers of we, women, fast. Our tears are like curses. He should behave like a parent. If he does not, he will die alone in the house and one will be near his body," Angel said.
We tried to talk to Angel's parents on their views on the situation. They only advised Lwasa to behave like a man.
