Stecia Mayanja, Sekyewa set to reunite at Tugende Mukidade

Former Eagles Production band lovers, Stecia Mayanja (now Hajati) and Charles Sekyewa, are set to perform on the same stage once again.

This announcement was made on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, as MTN Uganda revealed its sponsorship of the highly anticipated Tugende Mukikadde “The Legends Night Concert,” scheduled to take place at Sheraton Gardens Kampala on December 7, 2024.

The concert promises to be an unforgettable celebration of Uganda’s rich musical heritage, showcasing some of the nation’s most iconic artists.

This year’s stellar lineup includes Joseph Mayanja, Stecia Mayanja, Haruna Mubiru, Sister Charity, Ronald Mayinja, Charles Sekyewa, Mariam Mulinde, Godfrey Kibijigiri, and Betty Mpologoma. These legendary artists have delivered timeless hits that have captured the hearts of fans across generations, and the concert will provide a nostalgic journey through their greatest musical moments.

Speaking at the press conference to announce the event, MTN Uganda's GTM Digital Specialist, Mavis Ndagire Musungu, expressed the company’s pride in its enduring partnership with the music industry.

“Events like Tugende Mukikadde showcase the enduring talent of our legendary artists and allow fans to relive the magic of their timeless hits.”
