Public expectations

A word with Edrick Aturinda, marketing, sales and public relations personnel at Urban Greens Limited, revealed that they will demonstrate hydroponics and aquaponics farming systems at the expo.

“We have a system with pipes and another with grow towers. We will also have a small set-up of aquaponics that has a tank.  Grow towers are like a cylinder on which plants are grown vertically on rings around it,” he explained.

Exhibitor expectations

Aturinda said they expect to gain visibility from the expo. “We just want to get more visibility and for people to get to know what we do so that they can know what they can do with our systems. We also hope to get customers we can partner with or find people who would like to invite us for training. Basically, we are looking forward to also generating links for our systems,” said.

The public will have to pay sh 10000 at the entrance to the expo and an extra sh 10000 for training sessions for each day.
