Butembe advanced to the finals after defeating Kigulu ‘Entuudhi’ 4-1 in penalties after a 1-1 draw in the 90 minutes during an epic semifinal game that was played in the water-logged Kyabazinga Stadium Bugembe in Jinja City on Friday after a heavy downpour.
