Here comes AI, who needs customer service?

But the jobs I really wish they could hurry up and take are of those folks in call centres, the ones customers call when the service being provided does a belly-up. If I had sh10,000 for every time customer service gave me a dumb answer that does not mean anything, I would be richer than Uganda’s corrupt ministers.
