The Apostolic Nuncio to Uganda, His Excellency Archbishop Luigi Bianco has paid flowery tribute to the Uganda Catholic Charismatic Renewal Movement for its fruitful ministry in the Church.
He was presiding over the Pontifical mass for the 6th day of the golden jubilee convention of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal Movement at Uganda Martyrs Catholic Shrine, Namugongo (in Wakiso district) on Friday, July 5, 2024.
In his latter remarks, the Vatican Envoy encouraged members of the Charismatic Renewal Movement to be even more passionate about their ministry of expanding God’s Kingdom of peace, justice, love and human solidarity. He clarified that when God decides to choose people to do His will, He usually picks people who are meek, or those that others see as unworthy, which is why members of the renewal should not fear to go out and proclaim the Gospel of Christ.
