Swangz Avenue unveils star-studded 16-track All-Star album

Swangz Avenue has unveiled the 16-track lineup for their #SwangzAllStarAlbum, set for release next Friday (November 8).

Each song on the album features unique collaborations with diverse sounds, showcasing Swangz Avenue’s core talent, rising stars, and cross-border partnerships.

The album includes Swangz Avenue's powerhouse artistes Azawi, Vinka, Elijah Kitaka, Zafaran, and Winnie Nwagi, who bring fresh energy on standout tracks like "Amin Dada," "Red Flag," and "God Ye Buddy."

Talented acts such as Joshua Baraka, John Blaq, and Apass add their flair, while collaborations with renowned artistes like Bien and Savara from Kenya enrich the mix.

The album offers a rich blend of genres and moods. Tracks like “Dawa” (featuring Elijah Kitaka, Bien, and Savara) and “For Sure” (featuring Azawi and Arrow Boy) blend Afrobeats with soulful melodies and East African rhythms. It also features intimate collaborations like “Full Service” by Winnie Nwagi, Joshua Baraka, and Elijah Kitaka, and anthems like “God Ye Buddy,” which brings together the powerhouse lineup of Azawi, Winnie Nwagi, Elijah Kitaka, Vinka, Zafaran, and Levixone.

“God Ye Buddy,” the gospel track, was the album’s first release and quickly became a fan favorite, topping the charts with its uplifting message of faith, friendship, and divine love. Produced by Bangar Boi and mixed by Steve Keys, it captures the essence of unity and faith, with a visually stunning music video shot at the Munyonyo Martyrs Shrine Church directed by Marvin Musoke.

According to Benon Mugumbya, Swangz Avenue’s head of production, the All-Star Album exemplifies the label’s dedication to quality music production, innovation, and giving East African talent a global platform.
