Vanessa Vanny, known for her past relationships with several celebrities, is facing difficult times. She is now pleading to reunite with John Blaq. Vanessa has also dated singer Ziza Bafana and the well-known tycoon Emmanuel Lwasa.
In a recent interview at her home in Kabowa, Kampala, Vanessa expressed deep regret for ending her relationship with John Blaq, calling it the worst decision she ever made. She is now seeking another chance to be part of his life.
“I have given love a chance with different men, but none compare to John Blaq. The men I met had money, but they lacked true love, care, calmness, and the ability to listen to me as John did. He was so loving and caring,” she said. “I made a huge mistake letting him go, and I am on my knees, asking him to forgive me and take me back. I was wrong, John. I was misled by men with their money and cars, thinking they had a future for us, but they only wanted to use me,” she cried. Vanessa added that she thought John Blaq was too young for marriage back then but now realizes he is mature enough.
Vanessa promises to change her ways if John Blaq gives her another chance. “I am ready to change and commit if given another chance,” she said, adding that she never stopped thinking about John Blaq even while in relationships with other men.
John Blaq’s Response
John Blaq, however, has made it clear that he is not looking back. “I, John Kasadha, forgave her back in 2020 when she pushed me away. I cannot go back to her,” he said.
The singer explained that he is already in love with someone else and believes it is risky to dwell on the past. “I am happy and settled in my new life with her. When Vanessa left me, it opened the way for me to meet the mother of my children. It’s been four years now,” he added.
He advised Vanessa to “find another man to love.” “That belief that she can’t find anyone else is just a mindset she needs to let go of,” he advised. He said he can only relate to her now as a “distant friend.”
On October 3, 2022, Vanessa did not attend the kwanjula (introduction ceremony) of her then-boyfriend Emmanuel Lwasa, leaving him cursing with all the gifts and bride price he had brought for her and her relatives. She is also Ziza Bafana’s baby mama and the inspiration behind John Blaq’s love song, “Vanessa.”
