The Bank of Uganda has reclaimed the title at the 2024 annual bankers' sports gala, securing the overall victory with an impressive collection of 92 gold medals.
This marked their return to winning form, having last won the title in 2018. BOU's success was driven by strong performances in darts, chess, and table tennis, where they defended their championships, along with solid results in other disciplines.
Last year’s winner, DFCU Bank, finished in second place with 71 gold medals, while Equity Bank claimed third with 29 gold medals.
