Two-time National pool open champion Fahad Sewankambo believes that his side will come back with winning form in their next fixtures of the National Pool League.

The Scrap Buyer’s top marksman disclosed this to Vision Sport after his side lost their opening game 11-9 to the other pre-league title favourites, Royal Giants, at Tickles and Giggles, Kiwatule.

“Yes, we were a good side, but they took advantage of their home ground. The tables were not our favourite, but we will be back,” Sewamkambo said.

Meanwhile, Ibra Kayanja of Royal Giants was delighted to start with a win and added that they will aim for more wins.

“It is too early to talk about the league but that is our target and we are going to go all out to see that we maintain our winning form,” Kayanja added.

The League continues on Saturday with the 2002 men’s champions Hot pool vs Kireka at Tickles and Giggles, Mbale vs Capital night in Mbale, Kasanga vs Tororo in Kasanga, and Sinkers vs Nakawa at Shades Lounge in Makerere Kikoni.
