MBARARA - Radio West marked its 25th anniversary in grand style with the annual Ekinihiiro Rwigura Mpata celebration at Kakyeka Stadium.
This year’s event, aptly named "Rwigura Mpata," supported by Pepsi, MTN and TV West, was a vibrant and joyous occasion, filled with music, entertainment, and community spirit.
The celebration featured stellar performances by a line-up of popular musicians, including King Saha, Sheebah Karungi, Mudra, Truth 256, T.Paul, and Kabako.
Western Uganda’s number-one radio station began broadcasting on April 10, 1999, and it was bought by Vision Group in 2008.
